Terms

The current By-Laws were adopted by the Board in the year 2000.  Part of that revision was the introduction of staggered terms with term limits. Members are elected to a three-year term and eligible for two consecutive three-year terms after which they must take a one year leave before become eligible for another two consecutive three-year terms.

š In 2001 the Corporation revised its By-Laws establishing term limits for its Directors.  After serving two consecutive three-year terms a Director is ineligible for re-appointment for one year.  After the year has past, a past Director is again eligible to serve two consecutive 3-year terms. 

˛ Eligible for re-election if sitting Lodge Secretary or Treasurer.
